Roaming in USA

My son is going to the US for 12 days, if I pay for roaming do I have to pay for at least one month or can I just pay for the time he is out there?

@Harvs64 : You pay for the Roam Abroad Pass per billing month.

Let him remember to text ROAMING to 150 before he leaves UK to ensure roaming is enabled on his account.
