Hello I am having this exact same problem did changing your SIM solve your issue?
I have been trying to call EE all day but can't get through, it's so difficult to speak to someone.

I can see you originally replied to an existing thread about similar issues, but it looks like this has been split out into a separate one; that way we can be sure you get all the details that are most relevant to you.
What model of phone are you using at the moment, and are your texts and internet working as they should be?

Hello there - I have just received a new DORO ordered yesterday, awaiting new SIM from EE and will see what happens then. I see you've had a reply from one of the EE Community Support team - well that's something at least but as you say trying to get through on the phone is dire, especially at the weekend. Good luck and I'll let you know what happens with my saga.
