New voicemail PIN

The forum is just easier than answering the phone just lazy, I need to get a new voice mail pin why is it that hard.

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you are able to access your voicemail, you can reset the voicemail PIN yourself by dialling 222 from your EE phone and choose option 3 for voicemail settings.

If you aren't able to access your voicemail at the moment, you would need to speak to our team over the phone, so they can get access to your account and arrange for the PIN to be reset.
