I can’t make or receive phone calls. Even when I try to call 150 my mobile phone doesn’t complete the call.
Bill have been paid.

@iara Any call even to EE customer services is still a phone call. Was you late with your bill payment? If you was and that bill is now paid you have to allow up to 24h before you’ll get a working signal again.

My wife cannot make or receive calls. There are 3 mobiles on the account and the other phones can make and receive calls. We have just started a new contract from today
