Unable to make or receive calls since upgrade. RESOLVED

Hi

Upgraded contract in Dec 22.  Since the exact date I have been unable to make calls or receive them.  Followed suggestions on similar posts to no avail.

Phoned EE support who stated that my contract had been upgraded to a business data only plan in error.  Put me on hold for a couple of minutes came back to say correct plan now in effect allow up to 24 hours for change to take effect.  Picked up my mobile and rang the landline, straight through!
