Hi @Pam247

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried restarting your phone and manually connecting to an Italian network?

Are you on a pay as you go plan or is it a pay monthly contract?

Hi, yes I did that... however I have just managed to connect now..it must have been a timing issue..thanks for responding. Sent from my Galaxy
