I’m currently on holiday in Turkey and bought the travel data pass but unable to make a phone call to family in Uk or contact EE.
Any advice what I may be doing wrong ?

@Lgreen14 did you enable roaming on your account? This is done by texting roaming to 150 or by calling customer services, purchasing add-ons doesn’t enable roaming. They just keep costs down as they are an add-ons.
