FULL WORKS ROAMING

Spoke to two lovely advisors Ella and Nia - They have both advised that my full works package includes world roaming, however when checking places such as Croatia , Turkey and the USA in my APP and when I log in on a desktop it states chargeable. When I go into "mobile plan" on the app and online web address check my "active add-ons and inclusive extras" the "roam abroad pass" is there. 

Has anyone had this issue before?

If so when you do travel do you just turn on roaming on the device and your good to go?

When did you take out this Full Works plan?

If the plan started before 29th August 2024 you will have 2 separate Inclusive Extras to switch between: one for EU Roaming and the other for ROW Zone 1 Roaming, usually referred to as Roaming Pass EU and Roaming Pass ROW. The "Roam Abroad Pass" has been discontinued, and if this is selected as your Inclusive Extra it may not work, and would require switching to one of the other 2 options. Inclusive Extras can be swapped every 30 days.

If it was taken out on or after this date, you should have 2 add-ons baked into your plan: "Roam in EU" and "Roam Further Pass". This does not require any swapping around or changing of Inclusive Extras. This will cover EU and ROW Zone 1 roaming charges.

In either case, ensure that you have enabled Roaming on your EE account to allow you to access foreign networks (independent of any billing addons) by texting ROAMING to 150.

You don't have full worldwide roaming covered in your Full Works plan. What you do have is:

1. Free EU roaming. (Croatia included)
2. Free ROW Zone 1 roaming (Turkey & USA included)
3. All other Zones you will have to pay for.

You'll receive a Welcome text upon arrival at a country giving your roaming options.

As you are on contract, just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your no.

I got the contract in April 2024 when i go to "inclusive add ons" it has 0/0 added ?

I dont know if im being silly or not 

ideally I jst want to know if ill be charged for going to the 3 areas iv stated 😂

Sorry should of said my app and online still shows "roam abroad pass"

Since your contract was taken before the 29th August 2024, the countries that you have to pay for are dependent on which Inclusive Extras you have selected.

For Croatia, you would need "Roaming Pass EU" selected as an Inclusive Extra.

For USA & Turkey, you would need "Roaming Pass ROW" selected as an Inclusive Extra.

If you currently have "Roam Abroad Pass" selected, this is unlikely to work and could result in you having to pay for all countries you visit - as it has been removed. You would be better changing to the above new Inclusive Extra choices to avoid any hiccups.

If your Inclusive Extra choices are showing strangely or do not allow you to switch them, I would advise contacting EE Customer Services to ask them whether they can update your selections for you.
