Hi @Tootsieroll61,

I'd recommend checking for problems in your area using the Network & Coverage Tool.

Put in your postcode and choose your phone model, then click 'Check Status'.

In what way are your texts not working? Is this a problem sending or receiving messages?

Can you make calls OK?
