Suspicious landline number

Having received scam texts and messages over the last year, I received a call from 0191 671 9865 claiming to be from EE and wanting to upgrade to a new bundle which I did less than a year ago, does anyone know if this number is genuinely from EE as they claimed

I just received a call from this number 0151 453 3963 saying they are from EE asking me for all my personal details and offering me 40% discount on my contract until ends. Is this true???? Is this number from EE
