Good morning I have a problem my iPhone 15 was stolen the only problem that luckily I had removed the sim inside because. I was cleaning it then I didn't do it anymore and I put it in the backpack 🎒 and from there I never found it again. Can I have information on how to do it and have the possibility of a replacement phone

@Lollolondon  EE will not give you a replacement phone.   Do you have insurance as that’s what this is for.    If you’re a contract customer you’re still required you to pay that contract.

Good afternoon @Lollolondon.

Welcome to the Community 😊

We have needed to reject one of the images you've shared here, as we'd recommend not to share your IMEI and device information in public.

I would definitely recommend checking out the link @Northerner has shared here though, as this will give you all the details you need on how to get in touch with our team and request a block on the handset.
