It hangs up after the automated service asks me to press one if i want to speak to someone.

Good morning @happyloki.
Welcome back to the Community!
When you call, it will initially ask you to press 1 for access to our visual service; this will disconnect the call but should send you a text to go through some options via a separate menu.
If you opt to press 2 though, this should take you through to the normal phone menu.

Same issue today. Ring 150 and after the automated voice asks me to choose an option it hangs up. Infuriating.
