  • Hello I have just been cut of from all servers and sent an message saying to top up 50£ after having been with you for years I have special deals for my loyalty and I’ve traveled all over the world with this number I can’t even ring you becuse im in Spain right now . I’m very upset

Are you on pay as you go or contract?

How long have you been away from the UK?

It looks like if on pay as you go your sim has gone into hibernation.
