I saw text add on. Want add texts to contract for vietnam

We flew to Vietnam for a Qatar and wall Stars trying to set up the phone I saw a add-on for 500 texts worldwide I can't seem to find that now and only have the option to sell calls but don't trust the service as we have no connection no calls no texts lost in Vietnam and that seems to be no support from AA I have been a customer since Orange was the name and I can't believe how angry I am at the app and web services as a species we are going backwards not forwards

I use arlo e sim. For  data.  But foolishly thought I could set up texts here.

Basically no service no text no calls in Vietnam all I want is the text package advice for anybody else sort this out before you leave the UK as for data go with Arlo And esim service it works perfectly

Are you an existing UK EE PAYG or pay monthly customer.

If pay monthly did you activate roaming on your account.
