Can anyone help ? I have had a disconnected network on my phone for nearly 8 weeks now. Cannot use my phone at all to call or text,nor can I recieve any. Several chats later,still no further forward. Having a detrimental impact on my business. Really angry EE customer.

What do you mean by "disconnected network"? Does your phone show coverage indicators? Are you in the UK or abroad?
Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Who were these "several chats" with?

@Rhona14 Are there others around you also on EE that have a working connection? If there is this points to a device or an account issue not a network problem.
