SPENDCAP UNBAR

i have tried to enter a competition but told that i have a 3rd party bar when i have txt UNBAR or SPENDCAP to 150 it says i have no 3rd party bar?? but still wont let me enter a competition can anyone help me please? thanks

I'm having similar issue. I text to enter a competition. I get a message saying I can't until I send text to unbar my account from third party charges. I did that. Try to enter again, but get the same message saying I'm barred. Texted to unbar again  - reply says I'm NOT barred. Try again and am told I AM barred. Turn phone off and restart as I read elsewhere that could be the problem. Nope - problem persists after trying to enter competition;  and texting unbar again upon which I'm told I'm not barred but when enter again still told I'm barred. So basically I'm simultaneously being told I'm barred but when try to unbar I'm told I'm not. 

I'm on EE contract.

I keep getting this message at 10.10am every single day but have not tried to use any services so don’t know why I keep getting this message!?!

There must be something that's triggering this message. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into this for you.

Mine had a CAP I was unaware of too. Is this a new thing EE do automatically?

You can manage your spend cap in your My EE if you don't wish to have any restrictions.

I have texted a number to donate money for charity and I kept getting this message

 

You are unable to use this service; you have a 3rd party bar. To remove the bar text UNBAR to 150  

Will I have been charged for this? My current bill hasn't been produced yet.
