I'm in Italy. I increased my spend cap yesterday so that I can use roaming again, and it worked for a short while, but today it isn't working and I can't use my phone when Im not on WiFi. Roaming is switched on and Im nowhere near reaching my new spend cap. I had this same problem last year and someone at EE fixed it via the live chat feature but I can't find that now. Live chat help doesn’t seem to be working today. Can you fix?

Does your phone still show a local network connection?
Have you tried connecting to alternative Italian networks, and is the issue persistent across them?

Yes it says I have a fairly strong local connection. Same problem regardless of network

Welcome to the community.
Is it calls, texts and data that you're having a problem with? Have you tried changing the network mode in your mobile settings?
