Roam Abroad Pass

Hi,

 I'm a bit confused with this one. I added the roam abroad pass as one of my inclusive extras. However it still shows the £2.29 roaming add on on my account and when I have texted 150 it says my plan doesn't include EU Roaming. Do I need the £2.29 EU roaming add on removing?

You can't remove it. It only comes into play when you are roaming without the Roam Abroad Pass.
