Cannot delete an EE voicemail

I’ve got the same problem and pressing 3 doesn’t work.

Hi @User2024. 

After listening to the message you should be provided with 3 options. 

The third option is the option to press 3 to delete the message. 

Are you given this option but the message is just not deleting?
