When you mention being on a contract, do you actually receive a monthly bill, or is it still a pay as you go SIM but with direct card payments towards a monthly pack?
You can check out current pay as you go roaming costs on the link below, but you will need to have a credit balance alongside your normal pack in order to purchase an add-on and use your allowances.
