Hi @Malory,
You can amend your spend cap in the My EE app, just select Plans and subscriptions > Settings > Spend cap.
If roaming isn't active on your account, please get in touch with Customer Care to activate it.

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?
Is it an SMS message you need to receive?
