What is the question that you're seeking an answer to? Whom or what has said "not entitled?
There are two aspects to using your phone abroad.
1: Enabling roaming, this allows your phone to connect to foreign networks, without which you don't get mobile service abrod. Text ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK.
2: Choosing a billing add-on if you so wish. You can add the Roaming pass by texting ROAMING PASS to 150.

Are you on PAYG? If so, do you have an active PAYG pack? Not having a pack would make you not entitled to buy 1 of the PAYG roaming payment add-ons.

Welcome to the community, we'll do our best to help.
Are you on contract or pay as you go?

I love the way you call 150 to be told how fantastic EE are and how they've been voted number one network 9 years in a row, simply follow the link in the text message (we're about to send you) and we'll call you back within 15 minutes. 3 times now I have not received a call from these people.
No one calls back. Your orinal roaming text message is not clear enough about charges. Does the £15 Roaming Pass for the USA include all of your calls, messages and data as if you were at home or not? You say it does, then you go on to say in the same message that calls are charged at something stupid like £1.50 a minute. Which is it? Or better still call me like you said you would.

Hi Alex. Any other way of speaking to someone at EE? Is there anyone actually working in customer services anymore?

Just to add, there is no "Call Us" option.

Please can someone assist. Below is the text message received from EE regarding roaming in the USA and the roaming pass.
So if my plan is unlimited calls, messages and data, does this mean that for £15 a month I get unlimited calls, messages and data in the USA? If so, why does it go on to say that calls are charged at £1.54 per minute and texts cost 76p each.
This is a very confusing message from you EE. Could be so much more simple if it was reworded slightly.
By the way, 3 times now I've asked for a call back that never came.

Hi @floots.
Welcome to the community.
If you purchased the Roaming Pass at £15 then you will be able to access your calls, texts and data. There is however, a fair use policy for using your data abroad which is 50GB.
The standard rate for calls and texts have been provided in this message, however, this is not the case for those purchasing the Roaming add-on.
I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your call back. Is there anything we could help with here on the community?
