You think that is bad? We have had no service in our village since 14th September and getting any update or money off EE is like getting blood out of a stone. Unless you contact them they will not refund you and if they do it is only 50% because "if you go out of the village you can use your services". I live and work in the village and clients are unable to contact me. Surely EE should do the honourable thing and refund clients automatically - they are obviously aware that the problem is there. I thought they were "the UK's best provider"? Their words, not mine.

Do you have a WiFi-router at home?
WiFi-calling is an excellent mitigation for indoor coverage issues if you do.
