I requested a pac number but have changed my mind, I now can't upgrade? Any suggestions why as I was due an upgrade approximately 70 days ago

I had same thing happen to me a while ago. My solution was to ring them up and cancel the pac code request and then I was able to upgrade.

You cannot upgrade with a PAC active.
You'll either need to contact CS to revoke the PAC, or wait for it to naturally time out.
