You should receive a text from your bank, not sure why you are not receiving calls.
What phone do you have? Have you checked your settings to make sure that you have not switched the sound off or set it to silent or do not disturb?

@Chillitallulah , are you sure your SIM card and account are active?

How long have you been with EE? Just wondering whether your SIM card has been activated.

I think it’s almost been a year so it should be activated ?

@Chillitallulah , if on pay as you go, when did you last make a chargeable call or text? This does not apply to contract phone/sim cards.
