EE engineers have been to work on the mast behind my house today and have ignored the agreed access and destroyed my land, destroyed the public road and knocked over fences and gates.
They have also heightened the mast to almost double the 15m agreed in the planning permission.
Who do I contact to get this rectified? The contractors refused to give any names or details.

Hi @Spinner72
Complain to the planning office as per the planning application.
The highways authority for the public road.
Thanks

I'm sadly not surprised the contractors refused details, especially if they were in any way sub-standard with their care for agreed-access routes.
All EE's sites have a H&S notice on the perimeter fence with the site reference and a contact number for public users. You should always be able to access this notice without putting yourself in any danger - by design.
Not sure what you mean by the tower height discrepancy.

Thanks,
I will go and get those numbers now.
The planning application was for a 15m high lattice tower, so as not to impact the landscape etc. They erected that first then came back yesterday and added another 10 metre section.
I have the maps given to us at the time with agreed access route etc, but they completely ignored that.
Not a gripe with EE (other than why not apply for the mast they intended all along?) but they really need to be aware of the damage their contractors are doing.
For what it's worth, I am 35 years employed in construction myself so it's not a hysterical rant, this was about the worst workmanship and disregard for damage I've ever seen.
