EE reply does not answer the quedtion (I have the same Q) - why do EE need to carry out repairs 2 or 3 times a week? Why can't they just fix it and give us the Kevin Bacon promise?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you're receiving My Place updates for work being carried out in the area, the work would be needed to complete repairs or complete ongoing maintenance on the mast.
If you would like to remove the saved areas and no longer be informed of work being carried out, please log into the Service status in your area and update the saved areas.
