What does roaming have to do with receiving SMS messages? I am in the same boat, I need to receive an SMS from Paypal but my phone suddenty stopped receiving messages and calls

Left UK on 6 March. When I try to manually connect to the other other network, I get "Couldn't connect".

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
