Re: Wifi calling keeps disconnecting

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I have the exact same problem, which results in numerous calls not getting through to my phone, as the EE mobile signal is nonexistent in my house. WiFi calling is essential for us.

Has anyone found any solutions to this? We're having the exact same issues.

Can you explain what your specific issues are?

It's often better to post once and cite similar threads, than create multiple posts across existing threads - as seems to be the case here.

You might have a faulty sim card or a problem with your device. Have you tried calling 150?

ISP: BT Full Fibre 150 - Main Sim: EE PayM 24M 100GB (£13.50/month) - Phones: iPhone 12, Samsung S21 - Testing Sims: Vodafone PayG, SMARTY PayG (For CellMapper and testing)

Here is where it would be useful for the OP to have started their own thread and explain the issue, rather than add to existing ones.

I don't believe a faulty SIM would cause VoWiFi to disconnect. VoWiFi uses the same network authentication as the mobile network, for this purpose.
