Hi, I have the same problem for my son's phone! When I call EE, they say we will send you a text message. Then in the text message they say there is no fault in your area! And then when I ask to talk to someone, they say we will call you back but that doesn't work for me! I need to be able to talk to someone when I am not at work and it is usually after 8pm
I can't contact my son for months as the user keeps saying its busy! No matter where he is so it has nothing to do with his location or network
