I'm getting the same here and my mother's phone, which is linked to the same EE account, is having the same issue. I cannot get incoming or do outgoing calls but I can get internet. Currently abroad in the USA. I have plenty data remaining.

Are texts and data working ok and its just incoming and outgoing calls again that you are having trouble with? Has it been like this since you landed?

I submitted additional call data last week, got an acknowledgement but nothing since then. I've emailed twice to ask for an update but have received no reply. This is not good.
I am on the last full day in the US but as I will be coming back, I want this resolved.
