I'm getting the same here and my mother's phone, which is linked to the same EE account, is having the same issue. I cannot get incoming or do outgoing calls but I can get internet. Currently abroad in the USA. I have plenty data remaining.

Thanks for coming back to the community.

Are texts and data working ok and its just incoming and outgoing calls again that you are having trouble with? Has it been like this since you landed?

Yeah. I managed to contact 150 using my brother's phone and they are
investigating the issue. It must be complex as it's taken 3 guides to
look at it.

Best to get it sorted so that it doesn't affect future trips as well, are they contacting you back with an update at some point?

I submitted additional call data last week, got an acknowledgement but nothing since then. I've emailed twice to ask for an update but have received no reply. This is not good.

I am on the last full day in the US but as I will be coming back, I want this resolved.

Please give us a call from any other phone and the team can check the account history and support ticket for any update on this issue for you.
