Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account?
Have the calls been barred since you have been abroad or has this been working for you?

Thanks for the quick reply.
If the transfer completed when you were abroad we are unable to guarantee this will work. The SIM card would need to be used on the EE network to fully activate on pay as you go before using this abroad.

This may still have the same problem as the SIM would need used on the EE network. If you get in touch with our mobile care team from any other phone they will see what they can do to help.
