Not receiving text messages from UK whilst abroad.

I seem to be having a similar issue. I have been abroad for a few months and while I had been receiving incoming texts from the UK, this has stopped now. When I texted NUMBER to 150 though I did get a reply.

Whereabouts are you? Could you try manually connecting to another available network please?

Thanks - I’m in Japan. When you say manually connect to another network,
not sure what you mean?

@Em1233  Try doing a manual network search on your device then pick a different network.
