Since coming back from my holiday abroad I am having problems with my phone. When I try calling someone a message appears saying conditional call forwarding active. When someone tries calling me it is going straight to voicemail even though I am not on a call. Help please

Hi @LMCW98,
If you are on a Pay Monthly sim, just dial ##21# from your phone - this will turn off any call diverts that are in place.
You can also change them from within your phone's settings.
For Apple devices:
- From Settings, select Call Forwarding
- Toggle the Call Forwarding option off
For Android devices:
- Tap the phone icon and then tap the Menu icon (three dots)
- Choose Settings or Call Settings (dependant on your device)
- Tap on Call Forwarding
- Select Disable
Thanks,
Alex

The other way the phone could be going straight to voice mail is if the person calling has been blocked. Access the call setting as above, but look at blocked callers rather than call forwarding.

- Porting looks to have failed in SIM cards & Porting
- Voicemail set up in Mobile Services
- Calls going straight to voicemail in Mobile Network discussions
