I got a safe sim for my sin and now I can’t phone him! Outgoing calls work but it goes straight to voicemail when I call him.  I can’t find a way to add safe numbers

I have managed to fix it doing a contact sync on the app with my phone and restarting his phone. It’s only his parents that phone him so I assume he could receive any calls. Thanks ☺️

Incoming calls going straight to voicemail is usually a symptom of either an unconditional "divert all calls" being set, or a "do not disturb" being active.

Not sure what you mean by "can't find a way to add safe numbers"

Hi @Lpb333

The Safer SIM should be able to still receive calls, so you shouldn't need to add any kind of safe number. The restrictions are more around the data use and premium rate messages.

Is it just your number that can't reach him, or does the same thing happen with other numbers?
