When i get a message to say i have a voicemail the number 22201 was a link. There is no link now just the numbers so i need to come out and into keypad then dial the number. For the life of me i cant find a setting to turn it back on or even remembering turning it off

This is a voicemail issue at network level, there is no setting to enable/disable this.

You can dial your voicemail by calling 222, or speed-dial 1, from your mobile. New messages are then played out by default.

Thank for that Bristolian but if you say the number is 222 then why in the text would it say 22201?

Now looking back on this number. All the voice messages from this person who i know the numbers differ. 22249, 22257, 22262, 22274, 22275, then the next batch are all 22201.

Hi @rolfe66.

Dialling 222 is just the number to access your voicemails.

It would take you to your voicemail inbox.

Yeah i realise that Jon but what all the other numbers and why tell me to click or dial 22201 and all the other numbers in the txt and why say click when there is nothing to clickScreenshot_20230114_111842_Messages.jpg

I'm not sure why you're being asked to dial those numbers, @rolfe66.

222 is the correct number to dial.

I have noticed this too, if you had several voicemails come in during the day they would have a message each and they would have a different number in each (22201, 22202, 22203 and so on).

These numbers would show like a hyperlink and you could click them to go directly to that particular voicemail.

If you call these numbers now they still work from the phone keypad so i'm thinking this is a samsung OS issue where the messaging software is no longer showing the number as a link.
