Just arrived in Sydney but cannot get mobile data to work so far. Thought I’d try here before ringing EE.
iPhone 14 pro max.
Have the roaming pass set up - phone seems to have all of the correct settings enabled - got good signal strength with Telstra Mobile - showing 3G only on top of phone??
any thoughts please?

What happens when you try using mobile data?
Have you tried using an alternative network?

I get a message saying could not activate mobile data. I’ll try a different network thanks

Hello @Ikon66.
Did you activate roaming by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK?
This activates a setting on your account to allow you to use your add-on.

Hi, no I did it over the phone as was having issues. Been onto tech support for over an hour and still no joy!!

Yes, multiple times. It’s now been escalated to a level 2 tech support and will get a call back tonight, local time

Still no further forward after more attempts by tech support. Going to try a shop today and look at getting prepayed sim!!! 3 days with no data is getting beyond a joke!!!
