Just arrived in Sydney but cannot get mobile data to work so far. Thought I’d try here before ringing EE.
iPhone 14 pro max.
Have the roaming pass set up - phone seems to have all of the correct settings enabled - got good signal strength with Telstra Mobile - showing 3G only on top of phone??
any thoughts please?

Not sure, got a txt with case closed, a ref number and link to complaint page!! However, did get a missed call from EE earlier so I don’t know?? Maybe they’ll try again but not holding out much hope!!
in the meantime I’ve had to fork out $30 dollars for an E-sim to get data

To be fair Eleanor who’s been dealing with this has done the best she can. Spoke again to her last night and the case isn’t closed apparently. However, now that I’ve got data through other means we are leaving it open until I return home. She said I would be compensated for this
