Add on roam

My son is in Amsterdam and Iv added a roam package on . It says it start immediately. But he says it’s not . How do we get it to work ??

Welcome to the community. 

If your son is with the device in Amsterdam and the account is under your name, I would recommend giving our customer care team a call who can ensure the Roaming setting is active within your account. 

Buying the add-on does not automatically activate this.
