I have gone on holiday, I have checked all my permissions and text roam to 150, my phone still does not work abroad! Please can you reconnect me.

The text command to activate roaming is "ROAMING" not "ROAM", so if you are now abroad and roaming isn't enabled on your line, you will need to contact EE CS from a working phone or web-calling app such as Skype.
