Thank you, I was concerned too as I can't access the message via the normal EE website when logged in. (I don't have a smartphone and need to use my laptop) I've just tried to access the oicture message using my mobile number (starting 447 as directed) and typing in the password on the MMS text but I'm getting an 'Invalid' error message. I have done this 3 times, so I'm sure it's not a typo problem. I received the text on 4th October and now it's 11th. Could it be they are only available for 1 week? It doesn't give an expiry date on the text. Many thanks, Jane

Hi @JanePr,
Have you tried copying and pasting the password directly from the message?
If you have a compatible phone, you can download your MMS settings from EE Setup (wdsglobal.com) to enable you to receive messages directly on your phone.
Hope this helps.

No I haven't tried copying and pasting as I receive the message on my mobile, which is not a smartphone, and log in on a different device which has internet connection, my laptop. I am not able to download MMS settings on my phone for the same reason.
Is there a time limit to how long a message is accessible for?
many thanks
Jane

What happens when I try to download an app on a mobile which is not a smartphone and does not have an internet connection....? Don't think you've read my posts properly

Morning @JanePr
Could you try another browser and use this link- OTP (ee.co.uk), after entering the number and password sent to you in the text, can you view the message?
If not, please call us on 150 and the team can get this looked into for you 🙂
Leanne.
