I used my phone in America and roaming was fine, now in chile and it’s suddenly

I have no 4g in Chile, I’ve previously used this phone which is new in USA

I’m having the same issue in Chile when phone worked in USA, I’m from uk, my husbands is working fine so it’s not a network issue 

If your phone worked in another country, then EE's roaming facility is enabled. Are you connected to the same network as your husband's phone? Often manually selecting an alternative local operator and/or toggling flight mode, will resolve issues such as this.

I can’t connect to any network. There’s nothing showing on my phone. I have it set to automatic. I’ve tried switching on and off airplane mode and it looks like it’s going to kick in but doesn’t
