Re: EE Blacklisted my iphone by mistake

Have you managed to solve the problem? The same thing happened to me when EE accidentally blacklisted my phone. Upon calling them, they acknowledged that it must be by mistake and said they have removed it from the blacklist but the phone still does not work with EE or any other SIM.

@rahul6561 Thanks for confirming, it can take 24 hours for the bar to be lifted so it may just still be in progress at the moment. Periodically restart it throughout the day and the bar should have lifted by the end of the 24 hours.

  • @rahul6561 ,  it may take until this evening to remove the blacklist, I would try and also reboot your phone to see if it is now working, otherwise I would suggest speaking to customer service again.

To update - My phone has been removed from the blacklist. It's working again with EE and other network providers.
I hope EE does not backlist it again by mistake.
