Problem with receiving 4 digit code

My problem is.... When I enter a competition at ITV.com it ask for my mobile number and says it will send a 4 digit code to enter, But no code arrives on my mobile. I have definitely entered the correct number. I have gone on another site and this has asked  for mobile number to send a code and it has worked ok.

If you're able to receive other messages successfully, I'd recommend reporting this issue to the sender.

Please give us a call on 150 and speak with our technical care team who can investigate this further @arbee2. 

It could be that you need to report this to ITV.

I phoned 150 yesterday and he said that he refreshed and updated my mobile but nothing has changed. still have same problem.

Sorry, if you've entered a competition who wants to send you a confirmation code, it'll be ITV competition no. sending it not EE.
