When you call my number on my phone it says calls aren’t being put through to this number, I have topped it up and I can make calls

Before your recent top up, when did you last use you phone for a chargeable service?
Have you received any texts from EE warning you that your account will be disconnected due to lack of use?

Just checking, but are you saying you are calling your own number from the phone with the EE sim card in?
Have you tried calling from another line while checking to see what network the other number is on, and do all you contacts have the same issue when calling you?
