Hello @Shailaza.
How lovely, a cruise at Christmas!
When did you take your current plan out?
I would recommend checking this page for information on the Changes to EU Roaming after Brexit.
Should you're plan not include roaming you will be required to either purchase the Roam Abroad pass which is rolling for 30 days for a one off charge of £10 or pay £2 per day for use of your phone whilst on land.
You won't have any roaming included whilst on the ship, charges for using your phone on the ship can be found HERE.
Please be sure to let me know if you have any further questions,
Katie 🙂

@Katie_B : Shouldn't you now stop quoting £10 & quote the current price of £11.40. It's been that for some time.

@Shailaza , Please make sure that roaming, call abroad and premium rate are all enabled. This is necessary if on a pay monthly contract, pay as you go is already enabled for that.
