Phone not working abroad

Hi My phone isn’t working in Mexico - it won’t find any network. I pay for international ad on so I can’t use my phone as standard abroad. I have tried all the FAQs and tips to fix it. Everything is turned on as it should be…your only advice is to call a number which I can’t do as I have no signal. You don’t have WhatsApp calls and your chat isn’t working ..

please advise

Did you activate roaming on your account?

You'll need to call EE on +44 800 079 8586 on Skype or use live chat via your account. Once roaming is activated then your service will work.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
