I purchased the roaming abroad pass after checking it covered Canada. Am in Canada now and my phone is not working. Am unable to call or text for help. What do I do now. Have paid £15 for nothing!

Did you activate roaming on your account?
You'll need to call EE on +44 800 079 8586 on Skype or use live chat via your account. Once roaming is activated then your service will work.
