Phone calls

Hi - I can’t make phone calls on my phone. Wi-Fi enabled call are working though. I can’t call EE and the message system is down. I can’t find a chat line. Is there another way of contacting them? I

Does the Network Status Checker show any problems in your area?

Can you clarify what the issue is - you say you "can't make phone calls" and then "WiFi enabled calls are working".

This sounds to me like you're using WiFi-calling? You can call EE by dialling 150 as normal if so.
