Not access to data and phine

Dear all,

I am now in Swiss. I bough an hour ago a 100 min call add-one, and also 10 gigabyte (or maybe 15), I received confirmation sms very quickly from EE. But I can not neither recieve any data, any call, make call, or even send sms to EE.

 

What should I do? I have an iphone and turned on the roaming and set it on the Automatic.

The country you are in is Switzerland, lovely country!

Have you rebooted your phone? Have you done a manual check for  a network to see if that works rather than automatic?

Can you double check that roaming is enabled in My EE App or by logging into your account? You need to have roaming, call abroad and premium calls enabled. You can only do this if you are on contract with EE.

What add-on did you actually get? Did you make sure it is for roaming?

Purchasing a billing add-on doesn't automatically enable the roaming facility which allows your phone to connect to networks in foreign countries.

When you say "turned on the roaming", do you mean that both international roaming & call abroad are enabled in your myEE account?
